Shipping policy

Please note that delivery is available within the United Kingdom and Ireland only.

All orders are shipped from our wholesale supplier directly to our customers.

Shipping charges are calculated by weight, rather than the number of boxes your order will be delivered in. 

Mainland UK shipping charges

Express delivery 1-3 working days:  0kg-30kg  £6.99.  31kg-60kg  £12.99.  61kg-90kg  £18.99.  91kg-120kg  £29.99.  121kg-150kg  £31.99. A further increase in weight will incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping to the Highlands and Islands will incur additional charges set by our courier. For example, orders that weigh between 0kg-30kg will incur a total shipping charge of £14.99, 31kg-60kg £29.98, 61kg-90kg £44.97 and orders that weigh between 91kg-120kg will incur a total shipping charge of £59.96. Every 30kg increase in weight will result in an additional £14.99 shipping charge.

As our website host Shopify cannot differentiate between the Highlands and Islands and the rest of the UK mainland when calculating shipping charges, we are required to send you an invoice for any additional shipping charges which will require payment before your order is dispatched.

Please contact us at enquiries@equinenutritionuk.co.uk with any queries you may have regarding shipping charges to the Highlands and Islands. We will be able to clarify if delivery to your postcode will incur the additional charges set by our courier.

Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland Orders that weigh between 0kg-30kg will incur a total shipping charge of £14.99, 31kg-60kg £29.98, 61kg-90kg £44.97 and orders that weigh between 91kg-120kg will incur a total shipping charge of £59.96. Every 30kg increase in weight will result in an additional £14.99 shipping charge.

For shipping to other UK islands the following charges will be incurred. An invoice will be sent for any additional shipping charges. Payment will be required before your order is dispatched.

Isle of Wight Mainland UK rates plus an additional £5.00 per 30kg.

Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly The same as Northern Ireland & Ireland.

Channel Islands Orders that weigh between 0kg-30kg will incur a total shipping charge of £31.99, 31kg-60kg £63.98, 61kg-90kg £95.97 and orders that weigh between 91kg-120kg will incur a total shipping charge of £127.96. Every 30kg increase in weight will result in an additional £31.99 shipping charge.

Please note: For deliveries to areas of London, where a congestion charge is in place, an additional £0.75 will be charged per 30kg.
