Refund policy

If you wish to return a physical product for a refund or exchange, please contact us at enquiries@equinenutritionuk.co.uk. We do not offer refunds on any advice and information after it has been provided. However, you do have the right to cancel an order placed for our advice before you receive it.

If you receive a physical product and change your mind, you will need to return your order at your own expense. We will provide you with the return address after you have informed us of your desire to return your order. Once we receive your returned order, it will be inspected to ensure it is still in a saleable condition before any refund is issued.

If you receive your order and it is damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Alternatively, if you not wish to receive a replacement, you can dispose of your order and we will process a refund.
